Recent fixes / new functionality

• Fixed a rendering issue with the brown star, which gives you an extra missle.
• Allow users to add a name so their name can be recorded against a score
  
• Add a high scores menu option to display highscores
  
• Neater UI
• Get 50 points added to score for destroying a missile

Planned functionality:

• Add additonal menu options e.g. resolution options
